Requirements:
• European driver’s license.
• Cars are only rented to drivers at a minimum age of 27 years!

Useful Information:
• The keys are to be collected at the airport “Econo Car Counter”, there will be no representative with any signs waiting. 
• Office Hours: Airport office 6 am to 12 am (midnight) 7 days a week. Public holidays by appointment.
Other office 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday. Closed on Sundays/Public holiday: Saturdays open only until 1 pm 
• Only credit card deposit no cash deposits accepted (VISA/Mastercard). The card is charged upon client’s pick up and refunded when the car is returned. 
• No baby-seat or booster seat
• Airbags in all cars
Insurance Information:
• Basic liability insurance/ third party coverage is included. Police report required if rented vehicle has an accident. Insurance coverage for theft included if the client is able to return the keys to the company. If the vehicle is stolen and the client is able to return the keys to the company, then again, documents along with a police report would be sent to the insurance company.
• Insurance coverage for theft – not valid If the vehicle was stolen due to negligence on the client’s part and are not able to return the keys, clients will be liable for the full cost of the vehicle, except in the event of a “hold up “or armed robbery / robbery with violence.
• The deductible for the insurance is $25,000 TTD (approx. US$ 4200) if customer is wrong in accident and CDW is not accepted, if CDW is accepted they will only be liable for up to $10,000 TTD ((US$ 9 per day decreases deductible to approx.US$ 1,700). In the event of loss of parts, minor incidentals, damages and tickets etc. This does not apply to theft.
• The CDW is only for COLLISION. 
• The client has to pay the cost for losing the key.
• Fuel policy is to return the same as received.

All above information is subject to change. The legal deciding factor is the on-site from client signed rental agreement.
